Camphill School is Section 18A tax exempt.
The School is registered with the Western Cape
Education Department (WCED) as an independent
special needs school.
In compliance with its founding Memorandum and Articles of Association, Camphill School is governed by a Board of Directors, which meets roughly every six to eight weeks, and is elected by the Members of Camphill School at an Annual General Meeting. Its financial accounts are audited annually by a certified firm of Chartered Accountants and presented for scrutiny and approval at the Annual General Meeting.
